IVR Activity Reporting
Our bespoke IVR platform offers a powerful reporting module which enables reports on every single activity on the IVR. Statistics such as call duration, key entered, values requested and full voice recording are offered as standard.
All of our reports are available in Microsoft Excel, CSV or text format and are generated on automatic schedules. Some campaigns demand reports as each call terminates, others operate with daily or weekly call and management information (MI) reports.
Reports are typically delivered by email or uploaded to your FTP site. Batch transaction files are also created to automatically update your in-house CRM applications.
